Serving at Elim Mennonite Church, Grunthal

In support of MCC missions we, at Elim, get involved by sewing school bags and hundreds of quilts which are distributed by MCC throughout the world.  It is truly a blessing to be part of this work.

Check the events page for the next sewing dates!

The Grunthal Food Bank is located in the hut attached to  Elim.  This past December the hut was renovated to meet the needs of the expanding food bank.

God's guidance was evident as all labor and expenses were graciously covered by various companies and individuals.

Praise and gratitude to our great God!

Contact: Denise W.  email or  434-6924 if you would like to be involved.

Elim belongs to Mennonite Church Canada and together with many other churches we are able to be a part of a larger mission effort.  Part of this mission includes the local MCC Thrift Shop as well as Mennonite Disaster Relief.  Many of our members volunteer for both these efforts.

If you would like to volunteer let us know and we will get you in touch with one of our member volunteers.

Every fall we have a bake sale which funds warm winter clothing for those in need in our community.  If you have gently used winter clothing to donate or would like to help in other ways,

Get involved!  There are many serving opportunities at Elim:  teaching, music, baking, praying, visiting, sewing; serving in the capacity God leads you to.
